Die Gruppe wurde von den Brüdern Ade Bantu und Abiodun in Deutschland als Akronym für Brotherhood Alliance Navigating Towards Unity (BANTU) gegründet und hat eine einzigartige und sofort erkennbare Fusion aus Afrobeat, Afrofunk und Yoruba-Musik geschaffen.
